The biggest challenge was the development of content for social innovation. The participants had different experiences and backgrounds, for some it was the first time as participants in a training and others had several years of experience.

We focused on the competences of young leaders / workers. One of the ways to develop the training was to learn through experience, emotional, spiritual and intellectual experience. We learned about the realities faced by the participants of these countries.

The training was developed by adapting to the participants because besides the methods and the relations are important in tracking the information.
