Support for Employability through Self-Development (SESD) was a project designed to foster a learning environment focused on employability and personal growth. The initiative provided tools, methods, and practices for those working with young people—across formal, informal, and professional contexts—to help them explore diverse career paths.
Supported by the Erasmus+ Programme, the project resulted in a comprehensive toolkit, developed through the active engagement of participants and trainers during the international training course, seminar, and follow-up local activities.
