As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, the workshop “My Heart, the Sea of Mirrors” was dedicated to helping children better understand and manage their emotions. Through thoughtfully designed activities, participants explored how to recognize different feelings, cope with challenging emotions, and develop healthy strategies for emotional regulation.
The workshop also created a safe and relaxing environment that encouraged children to feel closer to one another, strengthening empathy, trust, and connection. By engaging in reflective and interactive exercises, participants learned not only to express themselves more openly but also to listen and respond to the emotions of others with care and understanding.
This session was part of the “Art Therapy” program, promoting emotional well-being and fostering a supportive community for children’s personal growth.
