The Youth Workers Training provided participants with a valuable opportunity to develop essential skills and prepare for impactful leadership roles within their communities. Throughout the sessions, youth workers engaged in interactive workshops, exchanging experiences and building meaningful connections with peers from across the Western Balkans.
This training fostered collaboration, networking, and the sharing of innovative practices to strengthen youth work quality in the region. Participants are now equipped to bring positive change and empower young people in their communities.
The training was part of the project “Unlocking the Potential of Youth Workers in the Western Balkans”, involving Montenegro, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, North Macedonia, and Kosovo.
