As the new school year begins with hopes and ambitions, an important question emerges: how safe do students truly feel in their learning environments?
Through a short film, students of the school “Haziz Tola” shared their concerns, fears, and hopes related to school safety. Their stories reflect the reality that feelings of insecurity can exist even in places meant to protect and support children.
This activity provided a safe space for students to express themselves and raise awareness about the importance of creating secure, calm, and inclusive schools. Their message is clear: every child deserves to learn in an environment free from fear, where they can focus, dream, and grow.
By supporting initiatives like this, NGO THY continues to empower young people to speak up about issues that affect their well-being and to actively participate in shaping safer and more supportive communities.
