THY recently organized a meaningful session at the Competence Center “11 Marsi”, focusing on women’s health and self-care. The session brought together students, professors, and community members, creating an interactive space for dialogue, reflection, and learning.

Participants actively shared experiences, exchanged insights, and explored practical strategies to nurture physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Every discussion, question, and shared story became an opportunity to promote self-care and personal empowerment, highlighting its importance not just for individuals, but for the community as a whole.

The session reinforced a simple yet powerful message: caring for yourself is a vital step toward living a balanced life and contributing to a thriving, supportive community. By fostering awareness, sharing knowledge, and practicing self-care, participants left the session better equipped to prioritize their health and empower those around them.

Through initiatives like this, THY continues to support holistic development, raise awareness on important health topics, and encourage empowerment and well-being among young people and communities.
