Young members of the Turkish community from the city of Prizren took part in the workshop “Teamwork Makes the Dream Work,” where the value of collaboration and the power of teamwork in achieving excellent results were emphasized.
Through interactive activities, participants learned the key factors that contribute to successful teamwork, such as active listening, mutual support, and understanding one another.
The youth left the one-day workshop with new insights into how teamwork functions, feeling more confident and motivated to apply these lessons in every area of life.
