Participants took part in the Design Thinking Lab held in Sarajevo, where they collaborated with peers from across the Balkans to create innovative tools for youth work and develop creative solutions to empower the next generation.
Over several days of intensive teamwork, they explored new approaches to problem-solving, shared experiences, and applied the design thinking methodology to real challenges in the youth sector. The training equipped them with practical skills, fresh perspectives, and a renewed motivation to contribute to positive change in their communities.
This activity was implemented as part of the project “Unlocking Potential of Youth Workers in the Western Balkans.”
