At “Mustafa Bakiu” School, dedicated teachers and caring mothers came together for the second lecture of our interactive series, a session focused on raising awareness and promoting women’s health.
During the session, participants explored how expert knowledge and practical advice can be integrated seamlessly into daily routines, with an emphasis on the importance of regular check-ups and early prevention. The discussion encouraged reflection, shared experiences, and the adoption of small, meaningful habits that contribute to long-term well-being.
The session underscored that caring for our health is the foundation of personal and community strength, empowering participants to nurture themselves and those around them, and to make health-conscious choices a natural part of everyday life.
