The “YouVolution Junior” program aims to strengthen the training in a complete cycle using different and very attractive methods of non-formal education, active for our children since 2023. During this cycle, it is aimed to practice different methods that promote the development of various skills such as: effective communication, cooperation, critical and creative thinking, as well as group work. This program includes six different modules. The opportunity to participate in this program will be available to primary school students of the 6th and 5th grades.

The topics covered are:

• Module I: Welcome, getting to know each other and socialization.
• Module II: Communication.
• Module III: Non-formal Education.
• Module IV: Leadership.
• Module V: Work in groups.
• Module VI: Closing Activities and Reflection.
