When participants come together for the first time they have to work as a team. Creation of a team has steps of getting to know each other, tensions, productiveness, trust and goodbye. Our participants went through team building activities and had the challenge to finish their task for 15 seconds. They had to work hard, and most importantly to work as a TEAM in order to make this happen; check the results of their success!
