This was not my first training. Thanking the coaches I have learned new methods regarding the effective transfer of knowledge. This training helped me to increase my capacity due to the pedagogical way in which the training was conducted. During the training I felt motivated and willing to receive new knowledge, due to the interesting topics that have been discussed.
