THY participated in a partner meeting held in Sremski Karlovci, Serbia, to mark the successful completion of the first phase of the project “Unlocking Potential of Youth Workers in the Western Balkans.” The event brought together NGOs from across the region, united by a shared vision to empower youth and strengthen the quality of youth work.
Partners reflected on the achievements of the first phase, shared experiences, and discussed strategies for moving forward. With renewed motivation and a strong spirit of collaboration, the network is ready to advance to the next phase, working together to bring meaningful and lasting change to youth work in the Western Balkans.
