THY is proud to announce the launch of the first edition of UPSHIFT, a three-day workshop taking place in Prizren from 8 to 10 November 2024. The program brings together 15 teams of young people eager to develop innovative solutions to social challenges in their communities.
UPSHIFT combines non-formal education, design thinking, and hands-on mentorship to equip youth with practical skills in problem-solving, teamwork, and project design. Over the course of the workshop, participants will work intensively to identify local issues and create viable, youth-led project ideas.
At the end of the process, 10 out of 15 projects will be selected to receive financial support for implementation.
The UPSHIFT workshop empowers young people not only to think creatively but to act with purpose, turning ideas into impact. NGO THY is excited to facilitate this transformative experience and support the next generation of changemakers in Kosovo.
