The Get Experience project aimed to empower young people by enhancing their personal, social, and intercultural skills, fostering active citizenship, and promoting youth participation at local and international levels. The project was implemented in two phases: the first phase took place in Kosovo, while the second was held in Bulgaria.
Throughout both phases, 27 participants from Armenia, Ukraine, Moldova, Lithuania, Albania, the Netherlands, Italy, and Kosovo engaged in non-formal education activities designed to develop leadership, communication, and intercultural competencies. The training included workshops, group work, and cultural exchange sessions that encouraged collaboration and mutual understanding among diverse youth.
Participants had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of youth empowerment, explore cultural heritage, and build lasting networks with peers and local organizations. The project contributed to strengthening youth capacities to initiate and participate in positive social change within their communities and beyond.
This project was funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.
