NGO THY recently organized a training on intercultural communication, designed to equip participants with the skills to understand, navigate, and connect across cultural differences. The program emphasized that languages, traditions, and personal stories are not just cultural markers—they are opportunities to broaden perspectives and strengthen social cohesion.

Through interactive exercises, collaborative activities, and guided discussions, participants practiced effective communication, active listening, and cultural empathy. The training transformed differences into bridges for connection, fostering an environment where curiosity, dialogue, and mutual respect were at the forefront.

By the end of the session, participants had developed practical skills to engage meaningfully with diverse communities, resolve misunderstandings, and contribute to inclusive environments. The experience demonstrated that intercultural competence is an essential tool for personal growth, teamwork, and active participation in a multicultural society.
