NGO THY is proud to announce the launch of YouVolution, a specialized program aimed at developing the skills, knowledge, and mindset of youth workers. Through this initiative, participants will gain tools in leadership, communication, critical thinking, and social innovation, enabling them to inspire and support young people in their communities.
The program combines interactive workshops, practical exercises, and collaborative projects, allowing youth workers to apply what they learn directly to community initiatives. Participants who successfully complete the program will receive certification and the opportunity to join THY’s Youth Task Force, gaining access to networking, mentorship, and international learning experiences.
With YouVolution, THY continues its commitment to empowering youth workers as catalysts for positive change, strengthening their capacity to foster active participation, innovation, and community development among the next generation.
