On October 10th, in honor of World Mental Health Day, NGO THY organized a special session dedicated to exploring simple yet effective ways to care for our mental well-being.
The session provided a supportive and engaging space where participants could focus on their own well-being, share experiences, and learn practical strategies for self-care. Through creative activities and interactive discussions, participants not only expressed themselves but also connected with others, strengthening a sense of community and mutual support.
