This morning on day four we gave the final touches to the Social Entrepreneurship ideas with SCAMPER. This tool provides 8 critical questions to be asked to develop more potential ideas for business opportunities. It is used when the organization has an idea or set of ideas that need to be made even stronger. It is especially helpful in a mature market with many competing solutions.
