NGO THY Announces Recruitment for Trainers

In the framework of the opening of the first Center for the Education and Training of Youth and Adults in Prizren, NGO THY announces a vacancy for the position of Trainer.

Position: Trainer for English Language

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs in alignment with the Center’s objectives, including designing and developing curricula, materials, and assessments;
  • Plan and prepare teaching materials that facilitate active learning;
  • Record monthly reports on student progress;
  • Assign and evaluate classroom work, assignments, and tests;
  • Actively participate in staff meetings aimed at improving student success and enhancing the quality of the Center’s services.

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in a relevant field for the position;
  • 2 years of experience in training and teaching using non-formal education methodologies;
  • Training and certification in the relevant field;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Motivated, professional, and positive attitude;
  • Flexibility and creativity;
  • Teamwork skills.

Position: Trainer for Digital Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver courses on digital marketing topics;
  • Practical application of digital marketing concepts;
  • Provide demonstration sessions for students;
  • Equip students with the skills and knowledge needed for employment in both the private and public sectors;
  • Monitor student progress and provide recommendations;
  • Continuously assess and improve the training program based on student feedback and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing;
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, as well as various digital marketing tools and platforms;
  • Excellent presentation and training skills;
  • Ability to create and execute digital marketing campaigns;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Experience working in educational centers or similar institutions (preferred);
  • Degree in marketing, communication, or a related field (preferred).

Position: Trainer for Soft Skills, CV Preparation, and Cover Letters

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs aligned with the Center’s objectives, including designing and developing curricula, materials, and assessments;
  • Provide interactive sessions to help participants develop skills in CV and cover letter preparation;
  • Offer individual advice and support to participants in applying the skills learned;
  • Monitor and report on participants’ success in the employment process after course completion;
  • Provide ongoing and constructive support to help participants create application documents.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant field;
  • Experience in delivering training in soft skills;
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills;
  • Knowledge and ability to use technology;
  • Good understanding of HR procedures and practices, including the ability to collaborate with employment agencies (preferred);
  • Certifications in soft skills such as leadership, communication, etc. (preferred).

Position: Trainer for Communication and Presentation

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs to improve candidates’ communication and presentation skills;
  • Utilize various methods, including technology and other innovative tools;
  • Identify and apply strategies to deepen participants’ verbal and non-verbal communication skills and presentation abilities;
  • Assess participants’ needs and adapt the training program accordingly;
  • Monitor and report on participants’ progress during and after the training.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience as a trainer, focusing on communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in a professional setting;
  • Knowledge of training methods and presentation techniques;
  • Ability to identify and address various needs of participants;
  • Good knowledge of using technology and other innovative tools in training;
  • University degree in a relevant field;
  • Certifications in training or communication (preferred).

Position: Trainer for Tourist Guiding

Responsibilities:

  • Develop course materials, including presentations and field exercises for practical skill development;
  • Assess students and ensure they receive constructive feedback to improve their skills;
  • Regularly report on student progress and actively collaborate with staff and tourist guiding organizations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in tourism, preferably as a tourist guide or excursion organizer;
  • University degree in a relevant field;
  • Knowledge of local history and culture;
  • Knowledge in designing and adapting didactic materials for training, including using technology to support learning;
  • Excellent communication skills (knowledge of other official languages in the Municipality of Prizren is an advantage).
