GENERAL INFORMATION
NGO “THY” is a non-governmental and non-profit organization aimed at contributing to the direction of youth energy by encouraging tolerance and understanding among young people, promoting cooperation, communication, and integration with youth in Europe. NGO THY will establish the first Center for Youth and Adult Education in Kosovo, based on the model of German popular schools, a project funded by DVV International.
To establish the aforementioned center, NGO THY needs to procure office and classroom equipment. In this regard, we invite you to submit offers for the following equipment:

TIME FRAME: 07.02.2024 – 15.02.2024
The supply of equipment will commence immediately after the signing of the service contract between NGO THY and the selected company. Payment terms will be clearly defined in the signed contract between both parties. Transportation of the equipment to the offices of NGO THY must be included in the quoted price.
The bidder must submit the following along with their offer:
- Business registration certificate
- Prices must be quoted in euros
- The offer must be signed, stamped, and on official company letterhead with the company logo
- The offer should specify separate prices for each piece of equipment
- The offer should indicate the warranty period for the equipment and the delivery time
- The validity of the offer must be at least 10 days from the closing date of the Invitation to Submit Offers
Offers submitted without specified prices, without the required documents, or after the deadline will not be considered.
The criteria for selecting the offer are as follows:
- Compliance with the required specifications
- Longest warranty period
- After meeting the specifications: Most favorable price
The selected bidder must provide proof, prior to signing the contract, that the responsible person and the business owner are not under investigation for criminal activities, as well as a tax clearance certificate.
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR APPLICATION
Completed documentation should be submitted to this email address: info@ojqthy.org, no later than February 15, 2024, at 16:00. Any other form of submission will be considered unacceptable.
