The Innovation Hub provides a dedicated space for young people to develop their skills, explore creative solutions, and actively contribute to positive change in their communities.
At the heart of the Innovation Hub is a commitment to fostering youth leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Through structured programs and interactive learning experiences, it equips young people with the competencies needed to navigate today’s challenges and build a more inclusive and sustainable future.
As part of its programming, the Innovation Hub includes three core workshops:
- UPSHIFT – A Social Impact Workshop that combines leading approaches to youth and adolescent development, social innovation, and entrepreneurship. UPSHIFT empowers marginalized youth and adolescents to become social innovators and entrepreneurs, equipping them with tools to design and implement impactful solutions to challenges in their communities.
- Podium – Focused on advocacy, Podium empowers adolescents with the skills to influence policies and services that affect their lives. It teaches young people, particularly from marginalized communities in Kosovo, how to effectively advocate for the needs and rights of their communities.
- Ponder – A workshop designed to instill critical thinking skills and empower adolescents to analyze the role of media in our culture. It encourages participants to question narratives, reflect deeply, and become more informed and responsible media consumers.
These workshops serve as a platform for young people to learn, collaborate, and take meaningful action, transforming ideas into tangible results and empowering a new generation of changemakers.
