“Unlocking Potentials of Youth Workers in the Western Balkans” is a two-year project running from 2023 to 2025, implemented by a consortium of organizations from across the Western Balkans.

This project aims to strengthen the capacities, visibility, and impact of youth workers in the region, recognizing their vital role in empowering young people, fostering inclusion, and promoting active citizenship.

By facilitating regional cooperation, the project offers structured training, knowledge exchange, and networking opportunities to:

  • Build and enhance the professional skills of youth workers;
  • Share and implement best practices across Western Balkan youth organizations;
  • Promote recognition and support for youth work as a key element of social development;
  • Establish sustainable networks to foster ongoing collaboration and innovation.

Through this collaborative effort, the project unlocks new potentials for youth workers, ensuring their work continues to adapt to emerging challenges and contributes meaningfully to the development of vibrant and inclusive communities.

This project is supported by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.
